uncomplicate your purpose

The secret is out…I wrote a book!

This message has been on my heart for several years and I am so humbled that it is now becoming a reality. Finding my purpose was something I struggled with for many years and we make it so much more complicated than it needs to be. With all that we contend with in life vying for our hearts, minds and attention, it’s easy to live from a posture of defeat and fall into living reactively rather than proactively. However, I believe God calls us to more.

I believe our purpose is found where our talents, burdens, and life season collide.

With his help, we can live intentional lives walking in our individual callings no matter what is going on around us.

I once heard Francis Chan say that people shouldn’t write books before age 40. I thought that was sound advice and since I am 36, I put this on the back burner. However, at the beginning of last year I really felt that it was the right timing to write the manuscript since I already had pages and pages of notes. I had to maneuver a lot of things to create a dedicated space of time each week to write. With 3 young kids, this was no small feat. One thing led to another, and God connected me with the most incredible editor and publisher and the rest is history!

In this book I share many personal and vulnerable stories of God’s faithfulness in my life and why I’m so passionate about all of us living in our purpose.

I have prayed over this book and for you. My hope is that through these words not only can we connect, but ultimately you will connect with Jesus, who is the author of your story.

On this journey with you,

Rachel
